We're excited you're here! We want to make sure you are confident coming into your first class. We are here for you every step of the way.

ARRIVE

PREWORKOUT

Before you arrive at Strive, we want to make sure you get the most out of every session with us. Before your class starts your coach will be there to show you around and talk you through the workout. Let them know about physical limitations or injuries before you get started, and we will set you up for success.

How should I prepare?

Make sure you hydrate before, during, and after class. You may choose to eat a light meal with protein and carbohydrates.

What do I need to bring?

Make sure to bring a water bottle and sweat towel because we definitely plan on making you sweat! 😅

When should I arrive?

Please arrive for your first workout at least 15-minutes before class so that we can tour the facility and help you get set up.
