The 4-station, 45-minute workout is divided between three styles of training. You will complete two blocks on the floor, one block on the bikes, and one block on the rower for a full-body, strength and conditioning workout that burns calories for up to 36 hours after the workout*

Yes, we have customizations for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to fit your fitness level.

We recommend 4 classes per week as an optimal number, with 3 classes per week at a minimum if you’re hoping to see visible results. But, as always, listen to your body — if your muscles are very sore, give them time to recover.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first class to go over your fitness goals, get you set up on our app, fill out any necessary intake forms and introduce you to your fitness coach.

A water bottle and a sweat towel. If you forget your water, we have water for sale for your convenience.

If you need to cancel a reservation please be sure it is 8 hours in advance! We really appreciate this consideration especially as the studio’s membership base grows and each class is in great demand. Should you reserve a space in a class and fail to cancel 8 hours in advance, you will be charged for such class.
Unlimited membership holders that cancel within the 8-hour window will be charged a $10 late cancel fee. No shows will be charged $20. Limited membership or class pack holders that cancel within the 8-hour window will result in a loss of the class.

Before waitlisting a class, you should fully intend on attending class. Waitlisted clients are auto-enrolled into class 2 hours prior to the class if a spot becomes available. You will be notified via email or can check your class status in the Strive Fit Club app or logged in on our website.
After the 2 hour window, if a spot becomes available, we can only hold the spot if we're able to reach you; otherwise, we will release it to the next client on the waitlist. You will not be charged if we are unable to reach you or you are unable to attend class within the 2-hour window. If you are automatically added to the class before 2 hours prior to the start of class and cancel within our late-cancel window or no show to the class, you will be charged for such class.

Myzone is a wearable fitness tracker and online social platform that shows and rewards EFFORT when you work out. It displays real-time heart rate, calories and intensity with five color-coded personalized zones and has a simple rewards-based metric called MEPs (Myzone Effort Points) that align with the WHO guidelines for physical activity. The data can be displayed collectively for group training or individually direct to your smartphone.

Yes. You can freeze your membership for a minimum of 30 days to 60 days. Strive Fit Club reserves the right to request a doctor’s note in order to freeze your membership.

To cancel your membership, please send an email to support@strivefitclub.com and we will handle your cancellation request on the next business day. If anything changes, our door is always open for you to return to Strive.

If you’ve already been exercising regularly and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
